Thomas Todd, Senior Pastor
Personal Background:
Born and raised in Miami, Florida, Tom Todd met his wife, Cathy while receiving his college education at Trevecca Nazarene University. Tom entered his career life in the medical field. However, God had different plans for Tom's life and called him into full-time ministry.
Tom returned to Trevecca to pursue a B.S. in Pastoral Ministry. Soon afterward, Tom and Cathy were called to serve as Youth Pastors to a small congregation at Whispering Hills Church of the Nazarene (now Concord Community Church of the Nazarene). This tenure was followed by a season of leadership at Avon Park Church of the Nazarene, in Avon Park, Florida, as Associate Pastor of Youth and Worship, and a subsequent tenure as Senior Pastor of Sarasota First Church of the Nazarene in Sarasota, Florida.
Meanwhile, the small struggling congregation at Whispering Hills Church of the Nazarene in Nashville continued to love and follow the pathway of their once Youth Pastor and his now growing family of three children, Kevin, Christy, and Kyle. In 1990, an opportunity presented itself for new pastoral leadership at WHN and was extended to the Todd family. This new pastor's young vivacious spirit and overwhelming heart for people stimulated a fruitful season of growth for the congregation and the church family eventually outgrew its original campus, purchased nearly 40 acres in Brentwood, TN, erected the first phase of a new campus, relocated in the year 2000, and re-organized the church with a brand new vision and mission- and a new name, Concord Community Church of the Nazarene.
Now serving in their 20th year of pastoral leadership at CCC, the Todds are a rare parsonage family, indeed. Alongside exponential growth of staff, membership, and diversity of ministry base, an overarching commitment to people and their needs has remained the passion and primary concern of both Tom and Cathy. Their heartbeat echoes in the spirit of all who call Concord Community Church of the Nazarene "home."
Tom describes his experience at CCC: "Our experience at Concord Community Nazarene has been incredible! I've been privileged to dedicate young children, watch them grow, participate in their wedding ceremonies, and then dedicate their children, in turn. It has been an incredible place to raise our three kids, and now two precious grandchildren, as well. After nearly 20 years of ministry here, I believe the best days are yet to come!"

Dustin Bilbrey, Children and Family Pastor
Personal Background:
Dustin started attending Whispering Hills Church of the Nazarene (now Concord Community Church of the Nazarene) in 1998 and met his wife, Sarah, while growing in faith and learning of his call to ministry. The call on his life began in youth ministry, but he and Sarah helped in children’s ministry while at Concord Community. During his years at Trevecca Nazarene University, Dustin sensed God was up to something different in calling him to children’s ministry. Dustin and Sarah were married at Concord Community in December of 2002.
In 2003, Dustin joined the staff at Grace Church of the Nazarene as the Children’s Pastor and stayed there until January of 2010. While on staff at Grace, Dustin realized that this was what God was preparing him for all along. He and Sarah enjoyed ministering to the children and their families at Grace, but learned in 2010 that God was calling again in a different direction. They answered the call to be the Senior Pastor of Immanuel Church of the Nazarene. It was during these years that Dustin gained confidence in preaching, learned the details of the senior pastorate, and realized that God was still up to something bigger…
That something bigger would be realized in March of 2012, when he accepted a position at Concord Community as the Children’s Pastor. Dustin and Sarah are excited to bring their children, Jaycee and Josiah, back home to the church Sarah grew up in, the church they were married in, and the place God has been drawing them to all along.

Andy Barnette, Youth Pastor
I was born in South Carolina and lived there until I went off to Trevecca Nazarene University to study religion and prepare for the call into youth ministry that God placed on my heart in high school. I graduated with a degree in religion and moved back to South Carolina where I served as a youth pastor for 5 years in Greenwood, SC. After spending five wonderful years working with the teens of Greenwood Community Church, I felt God leading elsewhere. I accepted the Youth Ministry position in Venice, Florida, and loved to tell people, “I live where you vacation.”
While in Venice I reconnected with Ashley Bowser who I attended Trevecca with and realized she was the love of my life. After a few months of dating we were married and now have a beautiful baby girl named Addyson. After spending four years in Venice, God led us back to Nashville to become youth pastors here at Concord Community Church, or as the teens call it “C3.” I am so blessed to be on staff here, working with a great group of people and being a small part of the amazing things God is doing and is going to do within the life of the church and youth ministry.
