Adult Ministries
There is a vast array of ministry opportunities available to men and women, alike, at Concord Community Church of the Nazarene. Opportunities to serve, connect, grow, and fellowship are available to adults, ages 18 and up.
God’s Word tells us that He equipped some to teach, some to preach, some to sing, some to provide a cool cup of water, some to venture to distant lands, and some to reach out to a next-door neighbor. Each individual is uniquely gifted to build up the Church and to share the Gospel of Jesus Christ with the world. It is the aim of all CCC adult ministries to assist individuals in identifying, strengthening and exercising spiritual gifts to the glory of God.
Women at CCC enjoy being a part of weekly Bible studies, annual retreats, monthly social gatherings, seasonal parties, and a variety of community compassionate ministry efforts.
Men at CCC are committed to accountability, leadership development, outreach, and biblical studies. A regular schedule of monthly prayer breakfasts, outreach/work projects, Bible studies, one-on-one mentoring relationships, annual retreats and recreational activities provide for a well-rounded approach to spiritual and personal development for men in the surrounding community.
Mature adults at CCC (ACTS 50+) are engaged in an active on-going calendar of compassionate ministry, outreach, biblical learning activities and social events.
Athletic adults at CCC participate in a number of organized sports leagues and events, including: softball, basketball, flag football, golf, bowling, soccer, fishing, and Frisbee golf.
