Worship

Worship Ministries department at CCC exists to equip and train people of all ages to lead in worship through the varied expressions born of the creative and media arts.

At Concord Community, we believe that all of life is worship. The very breath we breathe is not our own, but God’s. Everything we have, do, are, and hope to be is a response to God’s ongoing revelation.

Our community of faith also recognizes and treasures the opportunity we have to gather together for times of corporate worship in one accord and offer up a sacrifice of praise to Almighty God. We believe that, because of His great mercy upon us all, God affords each one of us the undeserved opportunity to enter into His presence and have a personal encounter with Him. Furthermore, as He is the sole Audience, our aim is to move His heart with songs of praise, the exaltation of His Holy Word, confessions of His goodness, prayer, repentance, the giving of tithes and offerings, and partaking of the holy sacraments.

Those involved in Worship Ministries at CCC serve in any number of ministry roles, including our choir, praise band, orchestra, praise team, audio team, video team, and drama team. Regardless of the stylistic center of any given gathering, the worship at CCC is vibrant and heartfelt.

Highlights of each calendar year at Concord Community include seasonal musicals and dramatic productions, retreats, Fall Festival Celebration, musical mission trips, occasional guest artist concerts, Back to School Variety Show, and various community outreach concert events.

Regardless of your age or experience, there is a place for you in our family! All that is required is a willing heart, a dynamic personal relationship with Jesus Christ, and a desire to lead the congregation into God’s presence with intentionality.
